In allusion to the technical problems that detection parameters of present periodic vehicle detection method are imcomplete, and vehicles cann't acquire timely inspection according to practical need, based on the Avheel embedded intelligent sensor (WEIS) concept, the thesis establishes wheels motion model and carriage body motion model, explore the mechanism of vehicles attitude rapid detection, and designs a complete and independent vehicle rapid detection platform.The thesis analyzes the domestic and international research on rapid detection technology; put forward the method of WEIS based on rapid detection. The main work includes the following parts: CDResearch GFSIMU(Gyroscope free strapdown inertial measurement unit) measuring mechanism, combine the characteristics of vehicle movement, establish vehicles rapid detection model based on WEIS, and study its implementation. ?Research the realization method of important functional modules, select appropriate sensors and other key components, apply GFSIMU attitude measuring technology in vehicle rapid measurement, and study attitude twelve accelerometer attitude measuring algorithm. ?Develop a vehicle rapid detection platform adopting several new technologies lilce MEMS sensor, Zigbee wireless communication and high performance DSP, realize the rapid detection of driving vehicles' safety performance indexes.â‘£Consider research target, analyze the demand of detection platform software system, discuss the realization of vehicle rapid detection platform, and design the system software. Based on the hardware calibration, put forward the acceleration sensor signal processing methods, adopt wavelet package noise reductionadopted and STFT characteristics identification, and realize the intelligent compensation of acceleration measuring.The experiment results illustrate that the platform can realized most of the measurement task required. Measuring experiments show that the vehicle rapid detection platform based on WEIS can realize rapid measuring task of vehicle attitude parameters. The platform is easy to install, simple to use, and low cost. Subject research has important academic value and practical significance for vehicle safety testing technology and intelligent sensor application & development in vehicle detection.
