With the continuous development of posture detection technology,people pay more attention to human posture detection.The technology of posture detection has been widely used in medical,industrial,television,sports and other fields.Under this background,this paper studied and designed a human posture detection system based on MEMS inertial sensor.Firstly,human posture detection system should be designed,which includes the hardware structure,software structure and human posture calculation algorithm.The design of hardware structure mainly includes data acquisition and processing module and data receiving module.The design of software structure includes data acquisition,data processing and data communication.The design of human posture calculation algorithm mainly includes data fusion algorithm,filtering algorithm and attitude updating algorithm.Secondly,the design of the system hardware and components should be determined according to the requirement of human posture detection system.The whole system is divided into three parts:data acquisition and processing module,data acquisition module and the computer.The design of each module of the system software includes data acquisition and processing module initialization,data receiving module design,the program design of data acquisition,the program design of wireless communication,data communication design between data receiving module and computer.And then,the theory of inertial navigation used in attitude calculation should be studied.And the human posture algorithm should be studied.The algorithm finished the human posture alignment firstly.The second step is to use data fusion algorithm based on complementary filter.The third step is to update posture by the quaternion method and body posture detection system will calculate the human posture continuously.Finally,in order to achieve better effect,the subject requires finishing the simulation and debugging of posture detection system,evaluating the performance of the whole posture detection system,making reasonable adjustment according to the shortcomings.The results show that the system can accurately detect the human posture.
