Fluorescent Chemosensor is with molecular size or slightly larger than the molecular size, in interaction with the analysis to give a real-time fluorescence signal of molecular devices, supramolecular chemistry is the most fascinating one of the areas. On the fluorescent signal for the output of chemosensor are being welcomed for people, this is because the test in the solution to solid interface, or fluorescent signal is easier to observe the out-put of a fluorescent signal; meanwhile, fluorescence signal are very sensitive, so as to the fluorescence detection chemosensor out-put signals are often lower limit of detection of low concentration. Correct design and synthesis of fluorescent chemosensor will identify fluorescent chemosensor selection ability and sensitivity play an important role. The thesis objective is to synthesize selective recognition ability of chemosensor, use of different fluorescent groups and functional monomer, on Cu2+,Hg2+ selective recognition of the chemosensor to study them in the water phase and solid phase the recognition mechanism.1. Summary of the principles of fluorescent chemosensor, sensor fluorescent strength of factors.2. Design for the fluorophore Rhodamine B to hydrazine hydrate with glutaraldehyde for the identification of monomer, under certain conditions, synthesis of fluorescent chemosensor for selective recognition the aqueous solution of Cu2+.3. Design for the fluorophore Rhodamine B to hydrazine hydrate with 2-pyridine aldehyde monomer for the recognition, under certain conditions, synthesis of fluorescent chemosensor for selective recognition the aqueous solution of Cu2+.4. Design for the fluorophore Rhodamine 6G to hydrazine hydrate and 9-anthracene aldehyde to identify monomer, under certain conditions, was synthesized fluorescent chemosensor for selective recognition the aqueous solution of Hg2+.5. Design for the fluorophore Rhodamine B, and TPED with self-made silica gel as a functional monomer,under certain conditions, synthesis of Hg2+ with the identification of fluorescent chemosensor; before and after joining the Hg2+ fluorescence of solid colors and solid are changed.
