Research On Infrared Measure Method Of Sea Surface Temperature

Sea temperature is a very important parameter on researching ocean, which can reflect the change of the globe climate and characteristic distribute of the oceans. For the given part of the sea area, its temperature's vertical distribute lies on its surface temperature and geographical conditions, so measuring the correct sea surface temperature has the crucial significant and extensively practical value.With the discoverer of the infrared ray and maturity of the infrared theory, IR thermometer has been widely used in industry, metallurgy, electronics, medication and other areas, which has become an important instrument of testing the quality of products and increasing enterprise benefits, because of its advantage of its facility, fast response and nicety. In this paper, it adopts untouched infrared thermometer to measure the sea's surface temperature, which is mainly used on ship.In oceanography, it has different measure technique for different deep level's temperature, for example, satellite detect,long distance remote sensing and underwater thermometer. In this paper, infrared thermometer becomes a facile means because of the reality need and the seasonal variety of the sea temperature. So, it researches and improves the infrared thermometer's key technology combing with the characteristic of the infrared thermometer and sea temperature. The main work has been done as follow:First, infrared thermometer can be used after scaling in blackbody furnace at present, and there is influence of surroundings temperature. And here takes a new measure called real time scale what is scaling the infrared thermometer under different test conditions.Second, traditional infrared thermometers always have the problem of amending object's radiation rate. But confirming the radiation rate value is a big tough problem in infrared thermometer. Usually, solid and liquid's radiation rate values can be confirmed by test measures, which are used in infrared measure.Third, design a prototype and tested it based on reality need.
