The Design Of Management Information System For Student Integrity

With the progress of computer technology, the campus information level has become more sophisticated, which provides better conditions and means for solving the traditional issue of student management. How to maintain and manage student information through information technology, constrain behaviors of students through appropriate mechanisms, enhance schools'management of student integrity information, and establish the information system of student integrity management will be the indispensable issues for the integrity education and integrity supervision of students. In view of this, this paper takes the Guangzhou Vocational School of Construction Engineering as the application case, and conducts the design of the information system of student integrity management.In this paper, Guangzhou Vocational School of Construction Engineering is taken as the development background, the viewpoints of school leadership, student management personnel, students, enterprises, and parents are taken as the starting point, the survey and analysis of the business scope, business workflow and other aspects of the student integrity management of Guangzhou Vocational School of Construction Engineering are carried out, and the design and implementation of the system are conducted. Supported by the campus network, this project adopts the object-oriented development techniques, combines with C# software programming development technology and SQL SERVER 2000 database technology, and achieves the implementation of the information system of student integrity management based on the three-tier WEB application development and design model of Asp.net technology under the WEB environment.Through 5-month successful application of the information system of student integrity management of Guangzhou Vocational School of Construction Engineering, the student management of the school has significantly changed:the student management has become more orderly, the management level of the student management department has been improved, the informatization of the student management mode has been enhanced, the efficiency of student management has been improved, around 40% workload of student management staff has been reduced; the accurate data calculation of the system has provided the decision-making of the school's senior leadership with strong information support; the integrity database of students has been established to form the "electronic integrity files" of students, so that it can offer real and effective reference information for all aspects, and provide student managcmcnt department with effective means for the student integrity management.
