The Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration System

With the deepening of education reform in recent years, the comprehensive promotion of quality-oriented education and the college expansion, universities are continuously expanding. Teaching resources are increasingly tense. With the increasing number of students, the senate management has become much more difficult. Facing a huge amount of information, how to make full use of scarce teaching resources, and improve resource utilization, so that achieve standard information management information, including statistics and fast search, has become the focus of whole school management.This paper considers the situation of Harbin Finance College:the popularity of the local network for the teachers and students, which provides the necessary conditions for information management system and make it possible to construct the campus network for educational management. In this context the college urgently needs to establish a school educational management information system.Having analyzed the necessary of the senate management of Finance College of Harbin, considering the practical requirements in educational administration, this paper designs and implement an educational management system combining C/S and B/S structure. The system includes a system management module, management module of teachers, school management module, arranging management module, course selection management module, performance management module and base data management module. The educational management system can reduce the workload of staff in educational administration, free them from the complex specific work and meet the needs of educational administration system in general.The designed system is based on the state-of-the-art B/S structure which has the advantages including easy maintenance, simple operation, clear and concise reports, easy to print, stable and reliable. The system has been tested under the local network environment, and has been proved to be efficient, stable and practical. The system has also proved to be valuable for promotion.
