Research On Process Management Of Product Collaborative Design

With the development of machinery industry and the deepening of Computer network technology, the traditional product design model can no longer fill the requirements for product development. Collaborative manufacturing design and management is the inevitable trend of future product development. This paper put forward process Management of Product Collaborative Design in web environment, which can make use of the design process of product development resources effective and rational, reduce the collaborative design time and the development cost, improve the product development efficiency and consequently make the product more competitive.Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation at home and abroad about the product of process management, propose the necessity of the process management of product in the collaborative design environment. This paper researches on process management of product collaborative digital design in two aspects, which means theory method and application.The process management of collaborative digital product is mainly used to solve three aspects problem of the collaborative design management mode, mission planning and conflict management. So this paper adopted an fuzzy design structure matrix for task decomposition, use the task suitability by the method of the task re-scheduling task and monitored and its implementation , provided process management with decision support and improved product development efficiency due to introduction the task sets and task monitoring to process management of products.Based on the collaborative design of the organizational model and functional requirements analysis, the system architecture, logical framework of the process management and design of the main function modules has been designed.Based on the above theoretical study about task decomposition, task monitoring and conflict management and the design resources coordinating, in the B/S model, under J2EE and Oracle development environment, realize the faction of the prototype system of the process management product collaborative digital design, test the function modules combined with product, and verify the feasibility of the prototype system.
