With the development of the modern industrial production technology, we need higher requirements in detection. As a form of guarantee the quality of products, a sealed container air-tightness detection methods of detecting plays an increasingly important role. The sealing performance is important issues in the car industry, trade, the semiconductor industry, gas appliances and space industries, the food industry, the medical and health care industry and other various industries are important issues. To the products with a sealed container properties, the course of a leak and leakage exceeds the permitted area will affect their capabilities, and seriously may cause fire and explosion and harmful gas will spill out on serious irrevocable consequences. With the improvement of detection of technology, traditional test of a method could not satisfy the modern industrial production of automation, a study of ignition-coil air-tightness detected in the field is widely confidence.The paper designed a testing device for air-sealing based on a combination of the plc control technology. It uses a high precision differential pressure sensors for detection of the leak in a sealed container, and the plc control to display a real test and inspection as a result. It overcomes the subjective factors of the traditional wayand makes detecting air-tightness automation come true.The paper elaborates on the background, research and studies on the status quo. Comparing with a common method, define the design and the overall flow charts. Analyses each of the hardware circuit and software with the modularization design ideas. Hardware circuit including :design of breath, the pressure of the collection and processing circuit or circuit lcd display and power supply circuits;software design includes:plc of sizing and input and output, the design and give a diagram of the plc control with the relevant procedure. Meanwhile, in order to improve the detection of precision, I analyses how reasonable the choice of the inspection is. Finally, parameters detect the result of the system of performance indicators by detecting instance.
