At present, China has formed a relatively complete modern education system, teaching in schools increasingly onerous administrative tasks,while the school's reputation depends on its quality of education. Improve teaching quality is the eternal topic of education, while teachers with the assessment of teaching quality-related issues will also be a very important task. Assessment for teachers constitute a guarantee of quality of school education, teachers, teaching quality and teaching ability is to ensure that the basic quality of the training school links, which is why teacher appraisal is to promote quality education and teaching reform and improve teaching quality of the important aspect affect the overall quality of education a very important factor.Although the vast majority of schools at home and abroad have established a certain degree of teacher evaluation system, but because schools in the implementation of efforts, the evaluation of the main evaluation criteria, the weight ratio,examination rules, operability, there are different degrees of difference, so the effect of the pros and cons are not the same.This assessment is based on the content of vocational institutions and projects,in order to effectively improve the quality of teachers vocational colleges and vocational skills and other aspects of the overall quality of vocational schools to ensure the quality of training personnel, developing a set of institutions for occupational Web-based teacher assessment system.First,described in the introduction of this system is the subject background and status of teacher assessment system.In the second chapter with the actual situation in my school, the teachers conducted a comprehensive analysis of the assessment indicators.In the third chapter of object-oriented analysis and design techniques, Web development technologies and development tools, Web database access technologies are analyzed and studied.In the fourth chapter the use of UML modeling tools to conduct a detailed systems analysis and design, and build system model.System design include database design, software process design and the design of dynamic pages, etc.In addition to suggest for the support of the hardware environment of the system is running.In the fifth chapter, according to the relevant system model is given a teacher assessment system design and interface of several main modules.Finally, Chapter sixth on the water supply system is summarized.
