With the increases of enterprise scale and the continuous improvement of network facilities, the traditional centralized management can no longer meet the needs of modern business personnel organization management. So we need a new system, which can meet customers'high requirements about security, response time and large amount of data. First of all, for the choice of database used to store the personnel and organizational structure, because of the tree structure to store data in LDAP, LDAP has a unique advantage of the organizational structure used to store personnel, and it is based on TCP / IP open directory standards, which provides a good prerequisite of remote interaction. Therefore, we use LDAP as the database to store personnel organizational structure. Secondly, in order to improve safety and efficiency, based on the understanding of the basic agreement on the use of LDAP clustering technology ensures the security of the storage source. Thirdly, in order to improve response time and meet the large amount of data storage, on the basis of understanding and analyzing the distributed system theory, considering the organizational characteristics of persons in Drug Administration network, we used the distributed technology combined with the geographical features of personnel, diverted the whole personnel tree into many sub-trees stored in various places, which completed tasks by the good coordination at all levels of server agents. Finally, based on the above points, this article designed and implemented a distributed system based on LDAP cluster structure for the management of personnel, and this system was deployed to the Drug Administration Web application system, which verifies the integrity of the system functionality and efficiency advantages.
