As the antennas and other electronic devices contining to increase on modern ships, the interference has become increasingly serious, the issue of electro-magnetic compatibility has become more prominent. In order to study and resolve this problem, we need to calculate and analyse near-field of the antenna on ship in depth. Therefore, this article focuses on near and far field of short-wave antenna for the ship.First of all, this article simply discusses the integral equation of wire antenna and moment of method and a variety of wire antenna current distribution and input impedance were calculated based on it. We make a proposal that we place the test dipole at in the target location to calculate the field strength of the wire antenna. We calculate the near and far field of the stream of half-wave, full-wave time around a variety of wire antennas. The results show that this method can accurately calculate the wire antenna near any point around the far field.Next, according to short-wave antenna types and requirements for ship, we simulate the single-whip antenna based on alternative methods and give a safety hazard prediction based on electromagnetic compatibility. Then we simulate and compare the near and far field distribution of the single-whip antenna and antenna array on the metal plate combined with electromagnetic simulation software FEKO, which further validate the alternative method.The end, we have a whole ship carried out near and far field simulation according to a certain type of ship, including the overall current distribution and near and far field and so on. Afterward, we give a preliminary analysis of the impact of current distribution and near and far field changes in the light of the simulation map and the distribution curve, in turn, we make a brief discussion about antennas layout and how to improve the electromagnetic compatibility, in order to provide reference for electromagnetic compatibility analysis of ship.
