In this paper,we designed a automatic control system used to concentrate the zinc iodide solution in laboratory and the system's core is ATMEGA8.The system is mainly for real-time detection of the density, the temperature and the height of the tested solution.When the density of the solution reached a certain booking value,the system completed the heating operation for one time.And then the microcontroller gived directions to control the relaies,which control the pumpses to extract the liquid or add the new liquid.In this system,the temperature constant at about 150℃.Because the temperature is a Time-delay system,we used the PID algorithm to reduce the temperature's error.This method impored the experimental precision.We completed the design of the hardware circuits and the sofetware in this paper.The paper also introduced the flow chart of every function module, the PID algorithm and the software simulation.The reliability and sensitivity of the system is strong.And the system meeted the technical requirements.
