Vector processing, three-dimensional virtual reality technology, management information systems, workflow management and computing technologies will play an important role in promoting modern home decoration design.In general, Home Decoration Design Management System is a MIS system. System involves a dynamic workflow engine; each home decoration company would posess a unique work process, depending on company size and scope of work.The needs of different owners are largely different, and that requires a system with dynamic workflow capabilities. The core function of the system is to store and retrieve drawings. From the application's point of view, it can be divided into case plans, sketches, design drawings and construction plans; from the image technology's aspects, it can be divided into two-dimensional plans and three-dimensional renderings. In addition, the system also includes managements covering person, financial, and material. The person section, including employee information, customer information, collaboration or supplier information; financial means the contract management, design budgets, cost accounting and project accounts, etc.; material is about management during construction of raw and auxiliary materials. These manifestations include: entry, query, print, modify, and other functions. The aim of the system is: to meet human needs customer service by strengthening the management. It can be divided into customer information management module, contract management module, vendor management module, drawing management module, workflow management module. The relational schema in the system table can meet all the 3NF.Workflow in a computer system is a process is fully automatic or semi-support of the whole or part of automated business process, that is to say, automatic operation of part or the whole business process. Workflow acts as a procedure which participants take actions with the regulations of the documents, information or tasks in accordance.Home decoration design management process is generally divided into 12 stages,⑴research and planning;⑵program concept stage;⑶design contract signing ;⑷deepen the design;⑸construction drawings and documents;⑹site supervision and guidance;⑺engineering communication;⑻Materials approach;⑼engineering order (civil engineering, wood, paint, cleaning);⑽Accessories phase;⑾project acceptance and⑿project warranty and so on.In this paper, the author build a graphical workflow, which can be define with according to the actual home decoration design situation. Workflow system is divided into workflow definition, dynamic modification of workflow and workflow shows. Users would select the appropriate process (icon), which can be dragged into the table; the program control module would in charge of the overall control drag and drop. Users can connect to the workbench with the arrow icon connection (workflow steps) of the activation status. The author also finished an underlying database schema design.Petri net model is constituted from a few of elements, such as, the library, marking (token), and changes. In the Petri net model, we use the library (circle) on behalf of specific steps in the workflow status; we also use changes (vertical representation) on behalf of the workflow migration movements.This paper contains Petri net workflow model for home decoration design system, and the author used the model tree method to discuss boundedness, activity, accessibility, continuity, security and other features. To sum up, due to analysis mentioned above, the end result shows: work flow system is designed to be reasonable.
