Cancer, also known as malignant tumors, is due to the abnormal proliferation of cells. Modern medicine has recognized that cancer is a genetic disease, which is harmful to humanbeings. Cells contain genes that can lead to cancerous cells, but usually they are in deterred status. Only when the regulatory mechanisms are destructed, the gene will be "evil ", resulting in the occurrence of cancer. With the development of the molecular biology and gene sequencing technology, bioinformatics databases continue to increase in number and function, their structure also becoming more complex. United States, Japan, Europe and other developed countries established the corresponding research institutions since the 90th. They also build lot network-nodes on the Internet to provide services of large databases. China has very rich resources of disease types. However, because of the economic and scientific conditions, our study of bioinformatics is still in using the databases from foreign countries to provide services for domestic research. Data sources and analysis software are mostly from abroad, which are relying on the mirror of foreign bioinformatics data centre. This topic is designed to gather international authority of bioinformatics databases of cancer gene and their related miRNA data, analysis thier characteristics in terms of the relationship between them or the frequency of target gene. Then we get the miRNAs which have obvious signs in the process of cancer development, and fid out the function of those unknown. The results can be used for software development and database construction later.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous non-coding small RNA molecules which are widely present in eukaryotic organism, with gene regulation fuction. Its size is about 20-25 nucleotides (can have a length of 1-2 changes in the 3'end). Some research show that, miRNA participate in almost all levels of genes regulation, including haemopoiesis, growth, virus prevention, organ formation, fat metabolism, cell proliferation and decline. Not only in the development process of organisms, have miRNAs also played a significant role in various types of cancer. Recent studies have found that the expression of miRNA is cancer-related, about 50% of the explained miRNAs are located in the fragile sites of the tumor in genome. This shows that the miRNAs play a critical role in process of cancer. Based on the processing and analysis of large amount of data, we forecast some miRNA families which have a close relationship with cancer, such as miR-1 family, miR-106 family, miR-130 family, miR-30 family, miR-148 family, miR -29 family, miR-153 family, miR-181 family, miR-19 family, miR-26 family, miR-27 family, miR-34 family and so on. Discovered some miRNAs which affect cancer gene frequently, such as miR-106a, miR-17, miR-20a, miR-20b, miR-30a, miR-30e, miR-30b, miR-30c, miR-30d, miR-106b, miR-519d, miR-26a, miR-26b, miR-15a, miR-15b, miR-16, miR-195, miR-424, miR-497, miR-29a, miR-9, miR-27 and others. We also speculated that the affect of miRNAs on the range of 800-1200 nucleotides from the gene coding regions is relatively clearly and frequently. The article also predicted the direction of miRNA in cancer controlling. For example, in prostate cancer, miR-200c, miR-20a, miR-20, miR-375, miR-182, miR-17, miR-93, miR-106a, miR-1274b, let-7a, miR-141, miR-768-3p, miR-200, miR-1826, miR-720, miR-106b, miR-21, miR-768-5p, miR-19b, miR-200a are belonging to positive regulation; miR-222, miR-221, miR-145, miR-214, miR-574-3p, miR-193a-5p, miR-378 are belonging to negative regulation. The above study can predict the specific mechanism of miRNAs, thus we can take advantage of its biological function to achieve the purposes of prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer more effective. Most of the conclusions of this paper have been verified by experiment and researchs. For the rest of the reasoning, I am in the hope that they could be supported in the future.
