Mine ventilators are very important device in coal production. Their reliable running can effectively reduce the gas under the mine and prevent gas explosion. In order to keep mine ventilators operating reliably and provide data for fault diagnosis, it's really essential to real-timely monitor and record the mine ventilators operation data.The current mine ventilators monitoring system generally are designed base on distributed control system, which can keep the mine ventilators running reliably, according to the parameters of ventilators. The system is consist two parts:one is local mine ventilators control device; the other is motoring software.This paper mainly study on the design of mine ventilators monitoring software. The function requirements and design goals of the software are base on the analysis of mine ventilators monitoring system. Then the software was modular designed and implemented base on VC++and SQL Server 2005. The software mainly implemented remote monitoring and operation data management of ventilators.The main work of this paper as followed:(1) This software adopted ADO technology to access database, real-timely recorded ventilators operating data, users'operation and alarm information, and provided data for the accident remembrance.(2) The friendly human machine interface was designed. Users could real-timely monitor and control the ventilators according to real-time curves and the main interface, so that can guarantee the safety of the mine production.According to system debugging, real-time and reliability of the software achieved desired design goal. And the software implemented the remote monitoring of mine ventilators.
