Due to the very fast development of the new Digital Periodical industry, the old Traditional Periodical publish industry is now facing a very big pressure in the existing and developing during this competition, and it seems the old Traditional Periodical is in hardly to develop themselves further. And now, it is a very tough subject for the traditional periodical on how to carry out the developmental strategy to challenge this innovation, participation the competition, and grasp the opportunities in this campaign.S magazine, a professional science and technology periodical, which has more than 30 years experience in the old traditional publication industry, however, now is also facing a big challenge from the external environment as well as the internal factors of themselves.By a comprehensive research and study, this article make a very systemic and comprehensive analysis to the macro environment, industry market, ability of the company,based on the analysis, and by reference to a lot documents and using the relative theories, a strategy for S magazine has been worked out on how to make S magazine turn to be digital-able.This thesis also proposed a high-integration, independent-innovation, market-orientation plan on how S magazine to carry out the digital publishing transformation by referring the current digital publishing mode and came out by the new forms of thought to break-through the current predicament and limited development approach.
