With the continuous development of e-commerce, computer technology, communication technology, media technology, the Internet and internal network are drawing towards the business activities, which promotes the informationization and paperless, and affects people's daily consumption habits'change, and in a few short years has considerably developed and progressed.Most of the international e-commerce exists in the form of the online shops. Depending on the present survey, we can draw the conclusion that the application scope of the online shops can be divided into three basical modes in domestic:the B to B mode represented by Alibaba, the CtoC mode represented by Taobao, and the BtoC mode represented by Dangdang. The three kinds of modes basically contain all kinds of the modes of e-commerce. There are some famous few large-scale wholesale markets, such as Yiwu market in the south, NanSanTiao market in the north and etc. It is worth exploring how to technically achieve the communication mode of e-commerce between the merchants and the clients in the market. And it is imperative to establish the B/S mode of the online shop system which is suitable for regional and restricted areas, and which has high safety performance.The article analyses the survival mode of the existing Internet shopping in e-commerce. The J2EE is Java technology established on Java language. The J2EE itself has some advantages, such as the good operational efficiency, the reusability of settlement, multiplatform, and etc. The article, adopting J2EE application of e-commerce development and methods, researches on the following aspects:the network security environment construction, the establishment of credit evaluation system, electronic payment method, and the logistics distribution system. As for the technology, the J2EE is mainly designed for the security of the online malls.Take a large wholesale market for example in the paper. The market takes use of the T2EE technology to establish the online mall system. The mode of the online mall is that every merchant ca can register and process their own online shop in the online mall system, and that the merchant has the jurisdiction to trade with new and old clients. In this case, the online malls can combine with the shops. And the market using the J2EE technology makes the specific analysis and planning.The main content and key technology on the research work is as followings: 1) Transactions in the online mall security tried moving reminder, payment terms for the online store into the new 3G era try mobile payment methods.2) Using a new mall seller evaluation system, more in line with the wholesale market in the combined entity and the model shop, the introduction of the evaluation index weights to calculate scores.3) The realization of the online store, each module will use the code MVC design pattern, especially in the shopping cart design by the Session.
