This thesis "Electronic Balance Function Development and Application" is created and starts development work via this background.This thesis discuss the electronic balance's assort and theory, selection of the electric resistance strain gauge, digital technology application in sensor value output, electronic balance program development and user data interface application and so on.The Sensor is the core measurement device of the electronic balance, due to the effective of the temperature, humidity, ambience, compressive stress and itself characters, and most of the balance measurement error comes from the sensor itself. So the developments of the sensor characters compensate become very important. Aiming at the sensor's "temperature", "linearity", "creep", "position error coefficient" characters, using the way of software+hard ware to reduce the effect of data output precision by sensor's characters. To reduce the effect of "temperature and creep", the current arithmetic was modified to fit it. Specially, for the" position error coefficient", here we use the solution way of "5-point-curve". To decrease the un-stable of manual operation in "linearity" adjustment, here using the way of software+hard ware. The compare testing result show:The sensor's output speed, output precision, output stability was great elevation after the join of the digital arithmetic. With those applications of the digital technology, much traditional experience was replaced in production. In this way, the human cost was reduced; on the other hand, the production's stability was improved.Moreover, thinking about the requirement of the user data collection, this electronic balance design the brief and convenient data interface, try our best to satisfied user's demand.
