The various parameters and operating status during the operation of oilfield production equipment are all received by sensors, and provided to the central control room for monitoring and analysis. The data collected by the automating sensing device is oilfield automated data, which is through real-time collection and remote transmission storage, lay the important foundation for both achieving rapid access to current production conditions and making scientific decisions. With the purpose of the application of remote transmission after collecting automate data and satisfying the remote monitoring of production equipment and management, oil production automated data management system is urgently needed.This paper has introduced a set of data management system about oilfield automation.This system has the functions of real-time data acquisition, data input, data long-distance transmission and information integration in the oilfield automation.Two kinds of patterns are used in this system, including the client/server system (C/S) and the browser/server system (B/S). In this paper, the present situation of oilfield automation data management system is expounded, the main technology of oilfield automation data collection and management is accounted for, and the automation data management and the application demand are proposed. Through the analysis of these demands, the system design goal is determined, the management work flow and the data processing flow are cleared off, and this automatic data management system involving data collection, transmission and online sharing is established.This system can satisfy the following functions, such as real-time data acquisition, data entry, data automatic issue, data graphical display and remote video monitor displays. In this system, the functions such as the real-time data backtrace, the real-time indicator diagram collection show and the alarm functions, are close to the production field application requirements. After the implementation of the system in research and development, all the units of oil and gas attached to Xinjiang Oilfield apply for the installation.
