Nowadays conductive rubbers are widely used for electromagnetic shielding of enclosure in practical. However, because of the unknown structure of them and their complex touching condition, the simulation of conductive rubbers in elecromagnitic compatible(EMC) software can not go forward.This paper contrives a method in use of equivalent principal which based on transfer impendence theory, making the conductive rubbers modeling are available in software. To achieve this, an efficient and accurate technique based on method of moments(MOM) is introduced to solve the SE of enclosure with equivalent model of conductive rubber. Simulations and experiment have been done for a practical enclosure with conductive rubber in further conduct. The result shows applicability and veracity of the method.This paper also develops an EMC analysis software platform which makes the date communication among modeling platform, analysis platform and optimization platform come true. The platform can reflect the influence deformation field that takes to electromagnetic and temperature field. It can also process optimization to the cabinet by using multidiscipline method. As practical using of the system, a model has been tested on the platform. The result shows feasibility, applicability and veracity of the software system.
