Building a general information collection and statistic system is an important way to improve the work efficiency of information collection and statistic. AOP is the effective method to implement this system. The transaction management and rights management are based on AOP that could improve the reliability and extendibility of the system.Based on the analysis on system functional requirement, this paper designed and realized a safety information collection and statistic system that is base on AOP. The paper described the research status, system-related technologies, system requirements analysis, system design and implementation, deployment and testing. After analysising of characteristics and requirements of the system, the architecture of the system is building on SSH framework and class J2EE layered structure. When we design and implement the system, we realize the AOP by J2SE dynamic proxy and dynamic bytecode; we realize the object relation mapping to control the database; in the DAO and Service models, after the combination of Spring and Hibernate, we use Spring?s declarative transaction management to manage the complex transaction; on the foregrounding, system use the popular RIA(Rich Internet Application) technology. The result proves that the function and effectiveness of information collection and statistic system satisfies the initial design requirements.
