With the development of computer technology and management requirements for safe driving the gradually improve, traffic recorder arises at the historic moment, it can record and track the real-time running state of vehicle to improve traffic safety degree, enhance the in-wheel-motor drive vehicle, reduce accidents. As the popularity and development of mobile communication technology and GPS technology, in order to make the background system can manage the traffic recorder better, we need to add the GPS positioning and security communications and other functions to the traffic recorder, this is the purpose of this study.This paper, through studying security requirements in the control platform between vehicle traveling data on Internet,GPRS networks communication.The paper also puts forward a kind of traffic recorder, it contains a group of servers and control platform car remote diagnostic communication model. Based on the analysis of model structure, the paper puts forward to the Internet through adding special access gateway to strengthen the communication model security and extends the capabilities of method. In order to satisfy the needs of our clients and expand communication model, this paper realized the vehicle traveling data image sampling function, put forward and realized a low-cost localization mothod.After the communication model builds completion, we selected suitable encryption algorithm and hash function, designs and realizes the safety data exchange method which is based on the auto remote diagnostic communication model.The remote diagnosis model designed in this paper solves the security problems that are found during data transfers in Internet and GPRS network, and this model has already been used in our life.
