Alignment, pointing and tracking (APT) is one of the key technologies to ensure the communication link establishment in free space optical communication (FSO). For fixed-point FSO, its APT can't work in a fast moving over a wide view, because the tracking & pointing speed cannot be matched with communication target's moving.A communication transceiver based on optical smart antenna technology is designed in this paper. A structure algorithm for the arrangement of optical smart antenna is put forward,and obtain the optimal arrangement method N = 43. Then, a light beam control algorithm based on optical smart antenna is proposed and numerical analyzed, it can be determined by the divergence angle, the choice of transmission units at the initial moment and switching transmission units to during the conmmunication with rapid moving, respectively in X, Y, Z space directions.Based on the above algorithm, the relationships between the divergence angle, the communication distance and the arrangement of antenna are simulated in this paper. The results show that the algorithm can determine the size of the divergence angle according to the minimum communication distance, when giving the arrangement of optical antenna. It can also design the arrangement of optical antenna, and determine the divergence angle, according to communication distance.
