| Based on the BT625 crusher, which is designed by Xi'an Bangtai Technology Industrial Co. Ltd., this paper designed automation and control system of industrial, and Programmable Logical Contro11er (PLC) is as the control core. Protection and control of crusher stall is the main contents of this article.For designed the control system, first of all, we described the usage of crusher in production of the coal industrial. Then, a brief introduction of the development of industrial control system is made, and selected the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as the core device of this system, which is popularly used in the industrial control system now. We described the working principle and technical parameters of crusher and its lubrication system briefly. Crusher and its lubrication system is the controlled object of this system. The composition of PLC, operating principle, programming language, and the PLC control system were introduced in detail in the paper. According to the control requirements of the industrial production process, stall control system of crusher was designed. Then we simulated the functions which the system can achieve, and got the monitoring chart in the human-machine interface. |
