The system can meet the current teaching of the actual needs of the network, taking into account the characteristics of education and the future development, and it has good scalability, openness and availability.In this thesis, a distributed Internet application architecture, SQL Server 2005, ASP.NET and other technical theory are studied in depth. By comparison of the strengths and weaknesses of common management information systems platform for B/ S mode, combining with the practical needs of the school teaching, the management system, with a clear division of functions of each subsystem, and planning and creating a functional interface for network teaching management information system, is designed, composed of a courseware, video, news, message boards and other modules. Teachers can publish courseware and videos and students can develop autonomous learning and organize study time flexibly by use of this system.
