In the fierce market competition backdrop, as more mature wireless stations products, it needs to continuously improve reliability, especially for heat and noise. This article through to the basic component unit of wireless stations cooling analysis, proposed a series of measures to improve the heat dissipation products. Such as amplifier unit heat-radiating path analysis, heat dissipation and noise, the relations between power cooling improvement, thermoelectric refrigeration in battery on application. In order to in a short time analysis of the feasibility and improvement measures effect, use as the main means of simulation tools respectively, the power amplifier, baseband board, battery ark modeling and analyzing calculation, and of the simulation results on optimization, to get the best results. In order to validate the simulation results and the actual situation of the difference, adopt the reliability of accelerated life testing method for verification. In addition, through to the heat dissipation and noise the relation and distinction between theoretical analysis, and then analyzes the wireless stations heat and noise, find wireless stations heat and noise of balance. Through the above measures in a small increase even reduce cost, under the precondition of considerably increase the reliability of wireless stations.
