Shenyang Taoxian International Airport Parking Fee Management System

With the development of our modernization process, the number of private cars is increasing remarkably and the traffic flow in airport's park lot is even busy step by step. Parking lot charging has played a major role in the Airport's revenue income and attracted much concerns from all walks of life.The theory introduces a parking lot charging managerment system designed by C++ application language. The database was based on Microsoft SQL Server 2000, with ODBC visiting and ADO operating it. C/S framework , namely to say, Client/Server ,has been used. The system finishes its function by handing out entry card at the entry , which has follow information such as entry time, vehicle license, model and ID card. At the exit, the system will accumulate and figure out the charging fee by terms of the parking time, vehicle information and something like that. No parking lot positions are available, the system will give alert, preventing the vehicles from entering. For some special persons, a few kinds of cards were delivered by the system. Parking lot administrators can amend parameters all the time according to the system's pre-definition. Seven modules (logon, charging, select,cards managerment, user managerment, chart, parameters setting up) were included in the system. Each module's function, operation interface and running process have also been given the detailed introduction. Aiming at the airport actual appeared in these problems, first of parking management system for the whole design, using a rf CARDS as systems management medium, according to user and fixed users of temporary different process is optimized from management mechanism, improving the operation of the system efficiency up.Finally, based on the information management, combining vehicle parking lot's actual situation, through analysis of vehicle information processing and matching, improving the airport management operation efficiency. This design using computer to control platform, the comprehensive utilization of database technology. Effectively solved the airport parking management system in large parking management exists efficiency.
