In the recent years, the technology and system of Multi-projector display develop rapidly. When the Geometry Calibration develops to a mature case, the technology of Color Calibration determines the quality of Multi-Projector system.This paper begin with the theory and the Attribute of CIE-XYZ color space, and compare the advantages and disadvantages especially in Color Calibration and Multi-Projector system among the LCD Projector, DLP Projector, Three-DMD DLP Projector. Then, we get the concepts of Intrinsic Curve for Projectors. Besides, we configure the way and algorithm to measure the Intrinsic Curve.In the technology of Color Calibration, we inherit the Color Calibration based on the brightness Consistency; develop the technology of Color Calibration to the direction of the Color Optimization. Then we improve the Color Calibration based on Perceptual Consistency, in addition to ensure the Luminance smooth morphing our algorithm achieves the Chrominance smooth morphing and the uniform of white balance.Based on our algorithm, we implement the Multi-Projector system which is scalable and flexible. This system can give different plan according to different demand and can be adjusted real time. Besides, we develop the B-Spline Calibration library to improve the efficiency of Color Calibration.Finally, this paper analyzes the errors in the process of Color Calibration, and then summarizes the general workflow of Color Calibration including the Projector selection and hardware adjustment.
