The 3th Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) launched Long Trem Evolution project (LTE) officially at 2004.The main competitive advantages of LTE include:provide the downlink peak rate100Mbps, the uplink 50Mbps;improve throughput of the cell edge user; ensure the user quality of service (QoS).In recent years, in order to accelerate the industrial development of LTE, the major operators, equipment manufacturers and research institutions are committed to research technology which can improve the performance of LTE system. Due to frequency selective fading characteristics in the wireless channel, different subchannels have different fading. According to the channel quality of each user, resource allocation can adjust the subchannel and power allocation. Therefore, as an important means to improve system performance, resources allocation is one of the current research focus in LTE.Based on the depth study of LTE and the key technologies, this article analysised the principles and programs of resouce allocation for LTE single-cell, focused on the inter-cell interference and resouce allocation for LTE multi-cell.In resource allocation for LTE single-cell studies, this article introduced the basic principles, derived the objective function in detail for multi-user, studied on resource allocation under the conditions of the fairness of multi-user.Then,based on a advanced algorithm USGF, this airticle proposeded an improved program.Compared with USGF, this improved program not only reduced the complexity but also improved the throughput performance of the cell and the user satisfaction.In resource allocation for LTE multi-cell,this article analysised the causes of inter-cell interference, interference coordination technology and the influence on resource allocation. Through the modeling of interference coordination and MIMO technology, this article presented a multi-cell resource allocation for LTE and discussed the average cell throughput, user satisfaction performance advantage by simulation.Finally, this paper analyzed the trend of cell throughput performance with the center and the edge of the user power ratio.Then plot the range of this parameters when average throughput access to the largest.
