With the development of wireless mobile communication,3GPP LTE-Advanced and IEEE 802.16m have become the candidate standards of 4G, and more and more attention has been paid to the LTE. Hence, this article valued the study on LTE's key technologies and system performance, and according to system level simulation, it can be obtained that for downlink the user throughput could reach 0.55Mbps at 24 users per sector case and for uplink the user throughput could reach 1.49Mbps at 3 users per sector case. Meanwhile, the co-existence interference of these two systems has been considered by the system level simulation, and it can be concluded that the co-site case will be better so as to reduce the inter-system interference a nd the straight way to reduce it is to enlarge the frequency spacing between the two systems so that for uplink the ACIR offset could reach 5dB and for downlink the ACIR could reach 45dB. In addition, a better transmitter and receiver filter will play a significant role to reduce the inter-system interference.
