Design And Implementation Of Modem College Office Automation System Based On B/S Mode

With the wide usage of modern information technology, it is a trend to use effective information management system and to deal with information resources reasonably. To build a digital campus is an important work for colleges and universities. And the office automation is very important in management system of vocational education. At present, many colleges start to build a digital campus, and they have developed their own office automation system. The effective workflows technology helps us to achieve resource sharing and intelligent management. It also turn our work into a networking, paperless and automatic work.In order to simplify our daily work, and to achieve resource sharing on the Internet, it is important to build a useful office automation system in a developing vocational college.According to present situation of office automation in and out of country, to satisfy the international management requirement in colleges, we design an office automation system which based on the B/S model and used the method of software engineering. The thesis describes the design goals of the system, practical model, requirement analysis, developing environment and so on.
