| At present,many colleges have built digita l camp uses.The y have established or are establis hing t heir ow n office auto mat ion syste m to increase the leve ls o f scho ol management and achieve resource sharing.A vocat iona l co llege in Hunan is a developing higher vocationa l colle ge.It is also establis hing its own O ffice automat io n syste m.The O A system makes our work paperless,automat ic and networked.The paper is about how to design and imp leme nt the Office automation system in higher vocational colleges.First ly,t he paper introduces the study o f the o ffice automat io n syste m at ho me and abroad,as well as the deve lopme nt trend of the O A syste m.Then it introduces the related techno logy used in system develop ment theory.The office automat ion syste m is based on t he B/S model and J2 EE tec hno log y.A fter careful research and require ment a na lys is,the s ystem is d ivided into five parts: document ma nage ment,daily office manage me nt,personal office manage me nt,public infor mat ion mana ge ment and s ystem ma nage ment.The paper designs and ana lyzes o f modules.The system comb ines w ith the SQ L Server 2005 database.It uses the database connectio n poo l techno logy to improve the syste m perfor mance and vis it speed of the concurre nt.In the aspect of syste m sa fety design,it uses MD5 algorithm、AES algor it hm and RSA algor ithm in user authent icat io n and data encrypt ion.Us ing data encrypt ion techno log ies ensure the data secur it y.Fina lly,some ma in funct ion modules of issuing document ma nage ment,persona l office ma nage ment and meet ing mana ge ment are designed and coded.The funct ion and performa nce of t he system is tested and analyzed.Now the syste m has been put into operation.Judged from t he feedback comments,the system has the fr iend ly UI,comp lete functio ns and good perfor mance.The syste m runs and achieves the designed goals,which meets the demands of the college office. |
