Nowadays, the international service outsourcing industry has become one of the core industry which the fastest growing global economy and the status of the most important. The status of Nanchang software industry development and the urgent need for outsourcing services needs to build a platform to promote the software outsourcing industry in Nanchang. The purpose of Software layers is to achieve the system's high cohesion and low coupling.The system uses Visual Studio 2008 development tools, is based on the technology of ASP.NET 2.0 using C# language, and using the database of SQL Server 2008. In the system implementation process, using the software engineering way and RUP that is one of the current popular development modes, the platform is built successfully. After a period of testing the system to prove the structures of the platform is feasible.
