With the rapid development of data communication technology, network technology and multimedia technology, Internet New Media as a new form of media has been widely recognized by society in recent years, and its influence is strengthened day by day. Now people can choose their favorite TV program, rather than to be accepted the television. When the needs of viewing every corner of the world without ever leaving home are fully satisfied, the user is not limited to vision enjoyment but inclined to take part in a TV program. Most of popular IPTV on internet have finished some basic interactive function, such as live, live-on-demand and time-shift. But it is only a form of choosing TV program by users and difficult to let users participate in the program in real.Firstly, this paper discusses the current developments of interactive IPTV, introduces the basic functions of IPTV, and summarizes the three problems of the development of interactive IPTV: Business is simple, the maturity technology, and the operation mode problems. To solve these problems, we propose a streaming media system framework and design an interactive technology integration platform for network TV. The system takes the interactive technology as a core, and sets up an interactive integration platform basing on BANACAST network television, in addition to provide some simple interactive website forms, which also realizes a characteristic three-way interactive function on the platform.Next, this article discusses the key technology in the interactive system, Proposes and establishes a relatively complete system functional model. This paper described the system business logic architecture, network topology, the overall technical framework, then in the unit of module, made a detailed analysis and to system design, focused on describing the main part of the system: the design concept and technical implementation details for the module which allow audio and video interaction and interactive text chat while watching.This paper designed and implemented interactive technology integration platform which can be used to network TV, including many kinds of interactive modules, such interaction can stimulate the enthusiasm of the user's viewing and maintain the user's attention on the programs, and help television broadcasting system improve the quality of programming and ratings rate, which can promote the development of interactive IPTV to some extent.
