The processing of productivity is decided by the revolution and creation of science and technology. In recently years, our country gets a lot of science research result in the field of machine, micro electricity industry, and electric assemble, electric power. As the mixture of electric power technology and material physics, and one of the most normal hot cutting technologies, plasma arc cutting technology has been in the control revolution age, which means the most important factor improving equipment quality is ideal control stagy based on hardware platform.Focus on the problems of random interruption, too many motion parameters , variable motion styles and too hard to model of electric power system for switch topological structure, plant the improved fuzzy controller into system to realize robust fuzzy control based on reliable and stability. the input variable factor is coupled by PID-NN as well as the self-improved control idea is used in control system, the conventional single-loop control structure is destroyed and the system accuracy is improved basically.Tracing system parameter moving trace under switch motion, combine carry part control character and the need of system control, plate simulate model, which can simulate plasma arc cutting process perfectly on the basic of MATLAB simulation platform. The random load interruption of motive control system is considered as well as switch move, and the model can test the static and dynamic character of system, which can also prove the feasibility of control algorithm on different sides. The model can be a effective prove instrument for the same kinds of system.The system character is tested synthetically using hardware experiment platform based on theory analyze and simulation test. The feasibility of control stagy is proved, the experiment phenomenon is explained.
