The sterilization technique by low-temperature plasma is the latest and most advanced one. Compared to other chemical sterilizations, it includes many prominent merits such as no medicament left, high security, high quality of sterilization, and no environmental pollution. Thus, it's very likely to be the leading method in sterilization.Because of the complicated technique and expensive cost, the plasma sterilization is limited in China. Nowadays, the plasma sterilization equipments used in some big hospitals are the products by companies abroad such as Johnson. Therefore it's urgent affair to make this technique and the equipment manufactured in China. This text is based on the sample device of plasma sterilization which is developed independently by the cooperation of Electrical Engineering and Automation, Tongji University and a famous company of medical treatment , Zhejiang, displays the whole process of the structure and functional design of the equipment. And especially, the text attachs abundant research on the problems about how to carry out a system of high security and quality in micro-control tech.The text introduced the micro-control system's design at large: firstly according to the system's data analysis, it educes the main structure chart of the system, and complete the designing and debugging work of hardware circuit; then find out all the information of the chips we are about to use, write the short testing drivers code and debug them to make sure that the separate module function is achieved primarily; write the relevant software to control the work process, and modify the parameters in the debugging consistently to make them best to satisfy the work process; finally conform and consummate the whole program, analyze the status it may happens and give a corresponding treat, make the whole process of the equipment automatic, detailed and convenient.The text adopts the basic electrical components and chips, and with the help of Keil C IDE it completes the whole micro-control system's designing and debugging. The actual plasma sterilization equipments have been sent into the market in the end of 2007.
