Research On Workflow Resource Supply Management System

In the enterprise and government working processes, using traditional paper as an information carrier consumes large amount of resources, and is of least efficiency. While electrical information carrier is a good solution to improve the efficiency of completing business processes. As the scale of electrical information carrier is growing both inside the enterprise company and among them, workflow system is reliable to guarantee the business process running smoothly. On one hand, it improves the working efficiency personally, and on the other hand, it improves the manufacturing speed of the whole company. In the meanwhile, it can also help avoid the unnecessary error or delay caused by human-hand process.Although lots of resources are spent on the research of workflow system both domestic and abroad, current workflow products still lack of good function and performance. This paper will analyze, design and implement a workflow resource supply management system (workflow system for short in this paper) which practically applied in the enterprise working process, referring to the process of inside the company and among the interaction of companies, like ordering, manufacturing, the third testing, sales, delivering and so on. During the implementation, multiple techniques is applied to solve the key problems of workflow system function implementation, in order to satisfy users'requirement of the system and guarantee a relatively high function performance level. The research contents include the following:1)Analyze and design the theoretical model for the workflow system according to the actual working process inside the company and among companies, make sure the main functions and the whole constructions of the workflow system, and define the developing process and key problems of the workflow system.2) Apply the designed theoretical model of the workflow system into practical developing process, solve the key problems existed in the implementation process, such as Object-Relational Impedance Mismatch, contract dynamically generation, single sign-on problem and so on, by making use of developing library of .NET Platform, Web Service, NHibernate, etc, and finally show how the developed functions work out. 3) Give the performance comparison for the workflow system to prove the work flow system performance is relatively high, as performance problem is a common one among all workflow systems.
