With China's rapid economic development, electricity consumption also will increase rapidly. Power resources have become scarce resources. So how to save energy has become a hot research topic in recent years.For the existence of the huge energy consumption, this dissertation implemented the lamp control system based on fuzzy control algorithm for intelligent monitoring and energy saving in urban lighting. The article analyzed the MC9S08QE64 hardware components for the master in detail and finally put forward design scheme of intelligent control system for energy-saving lamps. The system possesses intelligent control system for energy-saving lamps.Street light control system for intelligent monitoring and energy-saving has combined thyristor power conversion unit and the intelligent control system. Using the transformer unit to isolated the high and low voltage, also the transformer substation in the reactor can be a winding (high voltage) in series with the lamp, then to link secondary windings with SCR control algorithm and fuzzy control system. Finally by changing the voltage on the low voltage winding to control the high voltage changes on the voltage winding, so as to achieve the effect of changing the voltage lamps to achieve the soft lights starting and regulating energy.According to street-side voltage control of the software design, the system was simulated to prove the feasibility of the system.Experimental results show that intelligent control system for energy-saving lamps can significantly improve the energy efficiency of street lamps to improve the rate factor in saving energy. For the rational use of power resources, the device has a very broad social and business prospect.
