With the continuous improvement of living standard, high-class red wine getting into the common family, people have a higher demand for wine cellars, not only need the precise temperature to prevent the taste changed, but also need reliable control to keep the safety of storage of wine at any case. But the resistances of the NTC sensor drift, made the phenomena out of control have occurred, causing the bottle cracked at worst. The major appliance manufacturers have made different deal with it.The main objective of the present paper was to examine how to apply the SCM technology into the development of intelligent wine cellars, produce a intelligent wine cellars with correct temperature-controlled and self protection function. Combined with the quality accident in market, it treated the intelligent sensor technology, SCM control technology, the network temperature control technology for the control of intelligent wine cellars.According to the study on actual Sensor drift, discusses the specific implementation. This innovation of the paper is using SCM to control, Through adopting dual sensor and the o protecting procedure,the sensor resistance drift of protection comes ture.It avoids the sensors'accuracy decreased because of long-term use and the resistance mutations generated by the compressor frequently open, resulted the red wine got frozen.Finally, after a bulk of applications, prove the protecting procedure of intelligent wine cellars can achieve the protection of the sensor resistance drift, compared with other improvements, the method hold the following advantages.:improvements in hardware is small, release no-cause material, easy to implement, convenient after-sale service, just re-burn written procedures can be realized. Practice has proved that SCM is the best choice for realizing intelligent control of wine cellars and other appliances.
