This innovation of the paper is using SCM to control, Through adopting dual sensor and the o protecting procedure,the sensor resistance drift of protection comes ture.It avoids the sensors'accuracy decreased because of long-term use and the resistance mutations generated by the compressor frequently open, resulted the red wine got frozen.Finally, after a bulk of applications, prove the protecting procedure of intelligent wine cellars can achieve the protection of the sensor resistance drift, compared with other improvements, the method hold the following advantages.:improvements in hardware is small, release no-cause material, easy to implement, convenient after-sale service, just re-burn written procedures can be realized.
