Chemical recycle of gas-turbine is an advanced method of recycling, which can increase cycle thermal efficiency by taking full advantage of remainder of exhaust heat of gas-turbine and sort out to deal with environmental problems caused by overmuch exhaust NOx emissions in gas turbine engine of simple cycle. This recycle is still at the experimental stage. There is no successful precedent of it. In our school, experiment table of chemical cycle of gas-turbine has a complex construction. It includes flash evaporation system, air and gas system, dual-fuel system and air compressor system. Moreover, it has a lot of parameters to be monitored. In connection with this system's feature, this dissertation deals with the design of experiment platform control and monitoring system on the basis of DCS.Experiment table monitoring system consists essentially of control network design, HMI man machine interface, programming of PLC control procedure and selection of PLC control policy.Firstly, according to the currency control field, using control network and control appliance, this article firstly, the dissertation gave the control strategy to the monolithic construction of chemical recycle experiment table, which includes lectotype of field controller, establishment of communications network, design of central switch cabinet and so on. At the same time, it also made choice for PLC I/O module, Industry Ethernet switch and configuration soft ware.Secondly, this article analysed experiment table heat interchanger, injection water cooler, electric butterfly valve, frequency pump and other interrelated devices by Mathematical Modeling, and further, makes deep study of digital PID controller. In the meantime, the article designs different control proposals for supply water temperature, compressed air capacity and temperature and gas temperature as well as simulation analysis of application of PID controller in every controlled quantity's control processes.Finally, in the light of experiment table's working mode and simulation result to digital PID, the article programs experiment table PLC control programs including experiment table initiator-terminator, emergency cut-off alert manager, communication procedure, PID/fuzzy controller program, supply water temperature control program, air capacity/temperature control program, gas temperature control program, etc. In addition, designing experiment table HMI human-computer interface is another important mission in order to monitor the whole experiment table and gather data.
