The Winter Game is one of the most challenging sport categories to sportsmen and spectator alike. With the improvement of living standards, more attention is now given to the winter sporting events. More so, with the development of information technology, advanced information processing system has become necessary for such games.The organization of the Winter Game often consisting of the registration, the official contest and the announcement of results, so the current typical information processing systems of Winter Game generally include the athlete's registration, the processing of results and the results'query. Except the three parts above, in order to meet the development of network technology and the people's requirement of the real-time results, the Winter Game information processing system, must to solve the following problems also: (1) the security of data storage; (2) the security of data transmission; (3) data interaction between the various databases; (4) real-time data match the timely release and non-real-time data synchronization.This thesis focuses on the four aspects mentioned above: creating a directory service to provide a safe, authoritative data storage; design and implementation of an independent reusable data transfer module to address the data security in transmission on network ; design and implementation of an independent reusable data interaction module to address the data communication between different database; JMS is applied to the data synchronization module to address the real-time data match for real time release and non-real-time data synchronization problems.Due to poor scalability, low efficiency of software development, data synchronization and other large overhead in the existing Winter Games information processing system architecture, we design and implement completely decoupled system architecture. This system architecture improves scalability, reducing the coupling between the various processing platform, improve the efficiency of software development, standardized the data communication and transmission format between various processing platform, to make up of the past information processing system's deficiencies.
