With the rapid development of electronic technology, the solutions based on SOPC are deeply favored by electronic engineers of all ages.In view of single chip microcomputer as the core of the traditional monitoring equipment, a real-time monitoring equipment which uses to detect many temperature sensors in the remote place,is proposed in this paper. The article focuses on topics of system hardware design establishment of SOPC platform environment, and software debugging and implementation. In this paper, the hardware design adopted CycloneⅡseries EP2C8Q208C8 of FPGA,1-wire and MAX485 bus is used in system inspecting bus. The detection network uses switched structure of the star, temperature sensor uses DS18B20.Software design of the system included SOPC hardware platform design and application exploitation. Firstly, a NiosⅡprocessor, an SOPC embedded hardware platform, and an I2C hardware module are builded. Secondly, Using of NiosⅡIDE software, the detection system reads addresses of temperature points from EEPROM and data from a humidity sensor. Detecting data of system is displayed in 128X64 LCD.In view of the traditional detection system, advanced technologies of SOPC is adopted in this paper. The detection system which uses collaborative software and hardware design, has advantages of strong expansion, easy upgrade, fast inspection speed etc. Various technical indexes of subject are finally accomplished. The idea of the collaborative software and hardware design, which will be a new route of later design work, is differ from the concept of traditional processor design. During the development process in the subject,I fully experience the collaborative software and hardware design features of this charm and quick.
