With the rapid development of computer technology, computer communications, automation, industrial automation, electronic measurement, information management and information systems are so widely used. Instruments based digital data acquisition and processing techniques are widely applied in industrial process control and real-time observation of the dynamics and trends of industrial production. The traditional measuring and control system is often based on single-task mechanism. Microcontroller system should use multi-task mechanism to meet the complexity of real-time systems. Since most of the 8-bit and 16-bit MCU's resources are limited, it is difficult to achieve multi-task system. The emergence of high-performance 32-bit microprocessor can solve these contradictions well. This paper discusses the implementation of data acquisition based on ARM9 andμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system. This paper focuses on the structures of embedded hardware platforms, startup code implementation,μC/OS-Ⅱoperating system migration, operating system design tasks. Embedded hardware circuit according to different functions is divided into several modules, including S3C2440 core board, motherboard, signal conditioning board, man-machine interface unit and other parts. S3C2440 core board organizes other modules for data acquisition, storage, processing, control, transmission and some other features. Motherboard includes power supply circuit, memory circuit, alarm circuit, debug interface and communication interfaces. Signal processing board is used for pressure and temperature sensor's signal amplification, filtering and other operations. Man-machine interface unit is used for display and accepting external control. Operating system tasks includ data collection, data storage, interactive, serial printer and other tasks. The final test shows that the instrument can capture the signal quickly and accurately, the LCD interface is beautiful and practical. This design has been completed all the goals expected.
