Research On Government Crisis Public Relations In Network Environment

With the improvement of network technology, the activities of government’s public relationship are known by citizens with the development of internet and all kinds of network transmission platform.Network environment becomes a new stage for the activity of government public relationship.In this new stage,there is a lot of interact between the government and the public,the public and the network media as well as the government and the network media. under the network environment,The characteristics of different crisis information dissemination increase the difficulty of crisis information management, and marketing network media for the guidance of public opinion of network also reduced the government control of the network public opinion,the government must change its ideas essentially.This paper discusses the research background and related theoretical concept about the government crisis management under the network environment firstly,pointing out that in this new environment,new generation of media and the public,the attitude and way of government crisis public relations have to change urgently.Through the introduction of the characteristics of information dissemination,we find there are good and bad affections both on government crisis management.The government needs to carry on the whole control of the positive and negative influences,improve the efficiency of the crisis public relations by the positive impact,reduce the negative impact on government crisis public relations.Then analyse the crisis event in the network environment.Finally,I puts forward some suggestions of government crisis public relations from the awareness level,method level,the technical level,and the system level.
