| With China’s aging and the aging trend, the elderly chronic disease rate is increasing year by year, disability and partial disability accounts for the proportion of older people is increasing.According to the 2010 National Aging Center made a "national urban and rural disability status of the elderly," shows that the end of 2015, the number of full disability and partial disability in our country will reach 40 million, the number of people will increase 700 million, accounting for 19.5% of the elderly population in general, compared with 2010.In many foreign countries have been trying to establish business care insurance or social care insurance system, as well as relying on the loss of the community’s long-term care system for the elderly.Disabled elderly long-term care for the elderly is different from the usual care, which requires the participation of professionals, such as general practitioner who controls of chronic diseases in elderly, professional pension care workers, psychologists, therapists, housekeeping staff, and so on.Therefore, long-term care requires a lot of formal and informal human resource, which is both the foundation to provide care services, as well as the development bottleneck care services.Therefore, this paper based on our current situation, proposed to build on the basis of disability in the community long-term care for the elderly personnel feasibility proposal.This paper through the literature research methods to consult the relevant literature both at home and abroad, put forward the research background and issues;secondly; using the method of questionnaire and interview method to Yinchuan Qingshuiwan day care center for understanding community disability among the elderly long-term care system existing problems and the reasons of the talent team construction; thirdly, through the experience and lessons of foreign and domestic part of the city implement long-term care of disability, the problems will be compared with the Qingshuiwan day care center. Finally, combined with the result of investigation and research, through the analysis and practice at home and abroad, aiming at the problems together, put forward feasibilty suggestions from the aspects of improving the social status and establishing personnel access mechanisms, improving quality of professional ethics, encouraging third-party forces and volunteers involved in the construction of how to build a community of disabled elderly long-term care of talent team construction. |
