The quantity of SMEs widely distribute all over the world is the mainly strength to promote job-hunting, increasing income, and living conditions. It says " If one who win the SMEs, who will win the earth." On account of the briskness and prosperity of economy, which contribute to the prosperous economy in Japan, American, and German. It can be proved in our district development. Taking Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian province for example, where amount of SMEs was established, which makes the economy prosperous.In view of it takes an importance of role in economic development.
