Civil servants are the main administration of the State, the level of their quality and ability, directly determines the administrative capacity of the government, the management level and the long-term development of the country. Civil Service Training as an effective way to improve the quality and capacity of the civil service is an important part of strengthening of civil construction. However, the new changes with the development of socialist harmonious society and the new requirements for the Eighteenth Conference of the Communist Party ability and quality of the civil service, the traditional way of training of civil servants has been unable to meet the new situation of Civil Service Training and new requirements, So we must vigorously promote Civil Service Training and innovative ways to explore and enrich the theoretical foundation of our civil service training to improve the level of practice of civil service training.Experiential training is from Experiential learning, along with the experience economy soon emerged. Compared with the traditional training of passive learning, experiential training emphasizes learning by doing, learner-centered rather than teacher, pay more attention to ideas, attitudes and values rather than high levels of quality of knowledge and skills. The traditional approach of the Civil Service Training achieved some success in some particular historical stage, but with the development of society, there are many drawbacks. Experiential training as a new mode of training, which through specific training programs, so that people personally to participate in the experience, to sentiment, to make a more profound understanding, training more lasting effect, meanwhile, its entertaining features access to a vast number of parameters training of civil servants agreed.The experiential training of civil service training in the use of the in-depth study, on one hand will enrich our theory of civil service training system on training methods; on the other hand will also do specific guidance for the practice of experiential training of civil servants and, therefore, the study of the experiential training and the Civil Service Training to combine great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the concept definition of experiential training as a starting point, based on the characteristics of experiential training, forms, difference between the traditional training, applied value, and the concrete realities of China’s civil service training, analyze our training for civil servants in the extensive use of experiential training feasibility. The status of civil servants in our country at this stage to participate in experiential training, and experience-based training experience in civil service training abroad for experiential training conducts our civil service training in applied research-achievements, problems, and deep-seated reasons. Finally,it uses the systems theory, combined with the specific empirical analysis of existing research results, puts forward corresponding solutions and cracked countermeasures for experiential training in the practical application of civil service training, and provides a theoretical basis and practical reference.
