Civil service training is an important part of human resource development of Chinese Community Party's ruling ability construction and an important annulus to improve individual civil servants quality and operational capability of many approaches. At present, the civil service training in our country is still on its exploration stage from both theoretical and practical views. There is neither theoretical guidance for civil service training development trend nor the universal popularized training cases, so the civil servants training cases are always fall into wrong directions.The world famous futurists Alvin Toffler wrote in his book "Future Shock" (1970), human society came through the product economy, the commodity economy and service economy, after the three periods, now will enter the fourth stage, namely the experience economy era. The experience economy are taking a speed much faster than we imagine, we are off to striding into it and the training industry is also subsequently falling into a mutual infiltration era between the traditional and the experiential modes. When'experience'becoming more and more like other objective commercialization, the traditional training way can't satisfy the requirements of the big economic background, experience training will become the mainly product of this Times. Experiential training is the most direct experience economic performance and driving the experience economy era to a climax.In the experience economy times background, can the experience training seize the opportunities to create resplendence in the public servants training? As the requirements of social ability increased, it is crucial to enhance the training effectively as the civil governments demanded. The traditional civil service training methods has made some achievements, but many drawbacks are still exist. With continuous exploration efforts, the experiential training has preliminary entered the sight of civil servants training with a totally different way of unique"joyful training"mode which quickly occupied quite a part of civil service training market share. In experience training mode, specific training programs were set for trainees to participate and generate more profound comprehension and understandings of the civil servants, the effect of training may lasting for a long time.Combining the experience training with public servants training will enrich the theory about training methods and provide specific guidance for civil servants experience training practice in the further research in China, therefore these study may generate great theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper studied in both theoretical research and practical investigation by combining methods of experience training and the civil servants training application. At the first chapter, from the general theory of experience training, this paper expounds the experiential training's connotation, characteristic and modality; from the view of philosophy, physiology, psychology and experiential learning perspective, this paper analyses the theoretical basis of experience training. In the next chapter, through the analysis of the status of the public servants training, we summarized the achievement of experience training in civil service training in effect. Meanwhile, by comparison of selected representative samples of research experiments in the third chapter, we find existing problems in the public servants training. for solving the existing problems, we proposed the influence factors of the experiential training effectiveness. Finally, through combining the analysis in above chapters and the actual status of experience training in our country's civil servants, we proposed some recommendations for the government public sectors, training institutions and civil servants individuals respectively to promote better fusion of experience training and civil service training.The innovation of this paper lies in the affiliation of experience training and civil servant by putting forward formally incorporated experience training into the public servants training system and rearranges the corresponding theory in experience training system. Furthermore, ,we analyzed and summarized the effectiveness of experience training ,put forward the important factors of different gender, temperament, age, professional personal etc. on experience training effect through practical investigation. These theories and practical investigation may provide substantial value in the application of civil service training. |
