Study On The Effective Supply Of Public Cultural Service In Urban Community

The supply-side structural reform, as the important measure in the period of reform transition, is the major innovation to adapt and lead the economic development. Meanwhile it plays a guiding role in the effective supply of public cultural services. Currently the public cultural service is lack of effective supply in urban communities. There exist some problems:imbalances in supply,the structure of the supply cannot adapt to the changes in the structure of demand.power imbalances in main subjects of multivariate supply,the participation of community residents is insufficient in the supply.reasons of these problems are :in the traditional supply mode, The functions of the government is absent and off-side so the Supply is inefficient.the main supply is single. financing channels is very narrow,Residents’ channels to express cultural need are not open. social organizations and the government are Lack of interaction. The community consciousness of community residents is weak.This paper sorts out from the research background of the supply of public cultural services in urban communities,theoretical principle and related concepts.It forms a comprehensive understanding and grasp of the research object.From a practical point of view, this paper selects some communities of Qingdao as a sample of the survey.Methods of issuing questionnaires and random interviews are adopted. It analyses of the supply status of public cultural services in urban communities,the existing problems and their reasons.By drawing lessons from the successful experience of public cultural service supply in developed countries, it summarizes the general rules and enlightenment. The paper puts forward the optimization path of urban community public’s service supply in order to to provide some valuable suggestions in improving the service supply in urban communities public and promote the sustained and healthy development of the construction of the urban community public service.
