The apprenticeship education mode is a typical education system which has been used for centuries in the European countries. Although the apprenticeship education system had fallen and rose many times in the past few hundred years, the apprenticeship education system is still been used in the western countries. Especially after the Second World War, the success of the “Duales Ausbildungs system” form Germany has caused the enthusiasm of the innovation of the British apprenticeship education system. In 1993, the British government started a brand new innovation plan of the apprenticeship education system, the modern apprenticeship education system. The innovation has become effective quickly and become one of the most important education systems in British. However, in China, due to the revolution from the feudal society to the modern socialist country, the revolution of the education system is imperfect, in the ancient China, the apprenticeship is also existed, but after the revolution, this system has been abandoned. In the same time, due to the rapid growth of the population, the higher diploma is becoming more and more important for people, in order to get a higher diploma which leads to a chaotic situation of present Chinese education. In China, due to the low requirement to enter the art university, more and more student think that the art university or the art major in the university is the easy way for them to get the degree and find a job. This attitude results in that many of these students don’t have the basic knowledge and skill of art. According to the government statistics institution of the data, MAX, in 2014, the employment rate of graduate students from Art University or art major is much lower than other major. There is only seventy-three percent of graduated students can find a job after their graduation, and less than twenty percent of these students can find the job which related to their major. This situation means less than fourteen percent of graduate students from Art University or art major can find a job which related to their major. Especially the art theory major, music and acting major has been columned as the lowest employment major which facing the danger of abolishing.
